maybe its because i have a baby, maybe its because i'm pregnant, or maybe because they are just so sweet & innocent...whatever the reason...my absolute favorite photo sessions are newborns! i've been slacking a bit on updating this photo blog but i seriously just cant hold off showing you these sweet babies! Heres a little glimpse of couple of my recent newborn shoots!  Hope you find your self grinning just a bit & maybe even going "awwww" =)

christmas mini shoots!

Wow! talk about fast picture taking & even faster editing! but what fun have these past couple of weekends been! I just love love love Christmas and knowing that so many families will be using my photos as gift, christmas cards & the "above the mantel" picture bring this girl a lot of joy! I may not have the most expensive equipment, or best camera or lenses, the thousand dollar editing programs...but i love catching these memories! Hope you Enjoy them & Merry Christmas!

Sneak Peaks!!

Yes, I've been missing in action lately...but only from the blog! Business has actually been great! So heres a glimpse of what I've been up to!

Blair {Maternity}

Blair was scheduled to have her maternity pics with me sometime in October. Her due date was in November and I was going to photograph her labor & delivery as well. A couple of weeks ago I received her an email from her letting me know that her water had broke at 23 weeks pregnant. She was put on hospital bed rest for the time being. We decided to go ahead and do her maternity pics at the hospital when she was 28 weeks, it was the first saturday I had available. She was really nervous she wouldn't make it to then but we went ahead and put it on the calendar. Lord willing she made it. However, 5 days later she gave birth to 2lbs 9oz baby Kelton. I'm so grateful the Lord kept Kelton cooking for as long as he did. Kelton is doing great, though still in the NICU but getting stronger by the day. Here are few pictures from her session! Oh and side note...blair and her sister are both pregnant at the same time, a week apart! Luckily we were able to catch both of these pregnant bellies together!
